Basic Life Support (BLS) for Dental Nurses
A two hour online BLS course covering BLS principles and medical emergencies for trainee Dental Nurses working for a Dental Nursing qualification leading to General Dental Council (GDC) registration. The course is delivered online at your own pace and provides easy to follow guides to Basic Life Support. On successful completion you will have gained valuable skills for work and everyday life. The course covers the Basic Life Support guidelines issued by the Resuscitation Council UK.
The course is split into nine individual modules as follows:

- Safety
- Danger, Response, Airway, Breathing and Circulation (DRABC)
- The Recovery Position
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for Adults and Children
